All ages and abilities. Pulborough, West Sussex.

Weekly and monthly sessions include:

5km timed run (similar to popular parkruns)
20 metre bleep test
Hills fitness
Fat burning circuit training
Various length slow, steady and intervals
Occasional scenic run along the South Downs!

Please let us know your fitness levels and what days and times are good for you.

In the wintertime the runs will be mainly on the roads and in the summertime they will be mainly cross country.

For the South Downs runs we will either meet at Chantry Lane or Kithurst Hill car park. For the local runs we will park and meet at West Chiltington Recreation Ground / Village Hall, Pulborough, RH20 2PZ.

23rd to 30th April 2017 we also run an excellent 4* all inclusive beach boot camp at Lanzarote – great for all round fat burning and toning and after doing a few runs and circuits on the scenic sandy beach your running will be on top form when you return! For full details click > here


Find us on Strava – an excellent Strava club to join if you have ever taken part or are going to take part in the Nutbourne Vineyards Run so that you can keep in touch with the other event runners that have taken part alongside you in May or September and enjoyed the cake and wine tasting afterwards with! 🙂

Two official races a year that you can be seen on Runners World but we sometimes also run some other unofficial races / time trials so it’s a good idea to keep an eye out for future events.

These two below events are limited to just 50 spaces and include free photos, free parking, medal, tea coffee, cake and wine! Choose on the day as you’re running 5km, 15km, 15km, 20km or half marathon.
