  • Fortnightly e-mails with recipes and meal suggestions for healthy eating and snacking
  • Monthly e-mails with with fitness articles, tips and exercises

Your First 45 Minute Weekly Session is Free*

As a potential new boot camp member you get your first session free. You can have a workout and experience how a boot camp works thereby ensuring it’s what you are looking for before signing up.

No expensive joining fee or contract and you get great value sessions.

Mix & match any 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 sessions over the 4 week period at any location or buy a block of ‘anytime’ sessions.

* Please note – the free taster session is for a weekly 45 minute 500+ calorie session and not the once a month 2000 calorie super session or twice a month 1000 calorie super session.

Weekly 500+ Calorie Sessions

Option 1 – Pay monthly by standing order

This is the cheapest and most popular option, great for long term commitment and results.

  • After your free taster session you will be provided with bank details and charged a pro-rata rate for the rest of the current 4 week period.
  • Using online / telephone banking or visiting your local branch, set up a standing order for the start of the next 4 week period e.g. Tuesday 26th February.
  • As you are paying for every calendar month if you train for 12 months in a row you receive the equivalent of a 4 week period for FREE*.
  • All sessions need to be used in the 4 week period and cannot be carried over.

Option 2 – Pay per 4 week camp

This option is great for getting back into an exercise routine or mixing up your training.

  • With this option you can can attend a different number of sessions for every 4 week period depending on your diary.

This option is great if you have a busy work or family life and cannot commit to sessions on a regular basis.

  • Joining Get Fit Boot Camp is different to turning up every now and again to your leisure centre and using the gym or taking part in a class.
  • This is the closest option to pay as you go. The instructor will know you by your first name and the more often you come the fitter and healthier you will get.
  • I accept cash, cheque, direct bank transfer or PayPal (please note an additional 3.5% will be charged if paying via PayPal).
  • Sessions need to be paid for in advance and expire 6 months after your first session.

Discounts

10% discount on all services for students, over 60s, emergency services and military personnel on production of valid identification. Partners can share sessions e.g. pay for 12 sessions and attend 6 each (contact me for prices for 14+ sessions in a 4 week period).

Cancellation and Refunds Policy

You can cancel your monthly standing order payment at anytime. All I ask is that you notify me 7 days before the end of the current 4 week period. All payments are non-refundable. If requested an e-mail receipt will be issued after payment.

Once A Month 2000 Calorie Super Session

Whether you’re new to exercise and want a kick start or are bored with the gym and for a change want to take your training outdoors Get Fit Half Day Boot Camps could be just what you are looking for helping you to burn up to 2000 calories (based on a 12 stone person).

They last for 2.5 hours including well timed breaks and cater for all ages and abilities as everyone can work at their own pace.

The venue is Sutherland Memorial Park, Burpham, Guildford (just of the A3 motorway). For directions please click here (opposite Sainsbury’s GU4 7JU).

The day will consist of 4 different exercise periods lasting 15-45 minutes so you get some rest and recovery time before the next one starts. Timings:

 

  • 9.30am – Meet at the venue / administration time
  • 9.35am – Run / brisk walk around the River Wey in Guildford (water supplied)
  • 10.30am – Circuit training / boot camp session (kettlebells, squats, lunges, press-ups, sit-ups, tricep-dips etc)
  • 11.20am – Fitness games (tug of war, boxercise, bull dog etc)
  • 11.40am – Core conditioning, long cool down and stretch session
  • 11.55am – Snack / refreshments time (isotonic energy drink / orange juice and a selection of fruit supplied)
  • 12.05pm – Depart

Twice A Month 1000 Calorie Super Session

Whether you’re new to exercise and want a kick start or are bored with the gym and for a change want to take your training outdoors Get Fit 1.5 Hour Boot Camps could be just what you are looking for helping you to burn up to 700 calories (based on a 12 stone person).

They last for 90 minutes and cater for all ages and abilities as everyone can work at their own pace.

The venue is Sutherland Memorial Park, Burpham, Guildford (just of the A3 motorway). For directions please click here (opposite Sainsbury’s GU4 7JU).

Timings:

 

  • 9.55am – Meet at venue / administration time
  • 10am – 10 minutes extensive warm up
  • 10.10am – 45 minutes circuit training
  • 10.55am – 5 minutes break
  • 11am – 20 minutes of fitness games – boxing, bulldog, tug of war etc
  • 11.20am – 10 minutes extensive cool down and stretch
  • 11.30am – Refreshments time (isotonic energy drink and orange juice supplied) / depart

Recommend A Friend For FREE Sessions

After joining Get Fit Boot Camp you have the opportunity to recommend a friend, work colleague or family member for the next 4 weeks of boot camp or a block of ‘anytime’ sessions.

After they have signed up for a 4 week period or a block of ‘anytime’ sessions you will receive 1 FREE sessions.

There are no limits to the number of people you can recommend. For example if you recommend 3 people who sign up you will receive 3 free sessions – recommend 4 people and get 4 free sessions etc.

In order to receive your free sessions please ensure that the person you are recommending informs me of your name when they sign up for Get Fit Boot Camp.

Gift Voucher

I can provide a gift voucher for an original gift for special occasions.

Get Fit Boot Camp vouchers can be purchased for any service that I offer.

The laminated voucher is 13.5cm wide and 9.5cm high, which will fit into most standard size envelopes.

The person receiving the gift voucher hands it back to me at the first boot camp.
