Background

Jason has been working as a Personal Trainer for almost 3 years and thrives pushing his clients to achieve their best in fitness and also in life. He makes sure his clients reach their goals and go beyond them, whether it be losing weight, gaining muscle, improving fitness and achieving their personal bests in races.

Jason is a keen sportsman, playing tennis, football and golf as much as he can. Regularly participating in races, going from 10km to half marathons and then to marathons.
Jason knows you will feel great after every session but also ensures you enjoy it through the pain and sweat too!
