Charlotte is a dedicated trainer who takes her passion for sport and keeping herself fit seriously. She helps clients achieve their goals with motivation, encouragement and individual exercise plans to suit needs, whatever they may be. Charlotte will soon having you moving in the desired direction to meet your training goals.

Charlotte loves her snowboarding and competes in various sports events, often fund raising for some incredible charities. Charlotte run’s, swim and practices Yoga as part of her own current training program. Tarried with her professional qualifications, she will focus with you to realise your fitness goals and ultimately, help you feel great about yourself.

If you have an event to prepare for, whether you’re first or twenty first Charlotte’s training and experience in multi events will ensure you are in safe hands for the challenge that awaits. Charlotte will help you improve your performance, refining areas of preparation for the experienced, or simply making sure you get to the finish line with a smile on your face and in one piece if events are something new for you.
