When you sign up for a 4 week period of Get Fit Boot Boot Camps you will receive the following at a fraction of the cost of one to one Personal Training:
- My 'Everything in Moderation' lifestyle guide with hints and tips
- A diet diary to complete - a good way to monitor what you are eating
- Fortnightly e-mails with recipes and meal suggestions for healthy eating and snacking
- Access to a members only fitness social network to chat to other boot camp members
- Access to my blog which I will update regularly with fitness articles and exercises
- Recommend a friend or family member to receive some FREE boot camp sessions
- Choose 4, 8 or 12 focused and beneficial 45 minute circuit training sessions or Pay As You Go

» Your First Session is Free*
As a potential new boot camp member you get your first session free. You can have a workout and experience how a boot camp works thereby ensuring it's what you are looking for before signing up.
Visit my 'Current Boot Camps' link then contact me to let me know what session you would like to attend.
No joining fee and you get great value sessions.
Mix and match any 4, 8 or 12 sessions over the 4 week period at any location or 'Pay As You Go'.
* Please note - the free taster session is for a 45 minute boot camp and not the half day boot camp.

Outdoor Boot Camps are priced from £7 per person per session and you can either pay in advance for a 4 week period or 'Pay As You Go' depending on the current boot camp availability, please see table below.

Payment, Cancellation and Refunds Policy
All payments are due in advance and expire after the 4 week period.
I accept cash, cheque, direct bank transfer or PayPal (please note an additional 3.5% will be charged if paying via PayPal).
If requested an e-mail receipt will be issued after payment. Boot camps run on a rolling 4 week period.

* Please note - 13 to 16 year olds need to be accompanied by an adult.

» Half Day Boot Camp (4 hours)

Whether you're new to exercise and want a kick start or are bored with the gym and for a change want to take your training outdoors Get Fit Half Day Boot Camps could be just what you are looking for.
They last for 4 hours and cater for all ages and abilities as everyone can work at their own pace.
The venue is Sutherland Memorial Park, Burpham, Guildford (just of the A3 motorway). For directions please click here (opposite Sainsbury's GU4 7JU).
The afternoon will consist of 4 different exercise periods lasting 45-50 minutes so you get some rest and recovery time before the next one starts. Example timings:
- 1pm - Meet at the venue / administration time
- 1.15pm - Run / brisk walk around the River Wey in Guildford (water supplied)
- 2.15pm - Circuit training / boot camp session (squats, lunges, press-ups, sit-ups, tricep-dips etc)
- 3.15pm - Teamwork / game based exercise (tug of war, boxing, relay races etc)
- 4pm - Snack / refreshments time (isotonic energy drink / orange juice and a selection of fruit supplied)
- 4.15pm - Core conditioning, long cool down and stretch session / depart at 5pm

Parking available in the main car park. Toilets on site. Meeting point is near the gate to the football / cricket field. Spaces are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment. Please contact me to check availability and book your place.

» Recommend a Friend
After attending Get Fit Boot Camp for 4 weeks you have the opportunity to recommend a friend, work colleague or family member for the next 4 weeks of boot camp.
After they have signed up for a 4 week period you will receive 1 FREE session.
There are no limits to the number of people you can recommend. For example if you recommend 4 people who sign up you will receive 4 free sessions - recommend 6 people and get 6 free sessions etc.
In order to receive your free sessions please ensure that the person you are recommending informs me of your name when they sign up for Get Fit Boot Camp.
» Gift Voucher
I can provide a gift voucher for an original gift for special occasions.
Get Fit Boot Camp vouchers can be purchased for any 4 week period - either 1, 2 or 3 sessions a week.
The laminated voucher is 13.5cm wide and 9.5cm high, which will fit into most standard size envelopes.
The person receiving the gift voucher hands it back to me at the first boot camp.
