Whether you're new to exercise and want a kick start or are bored with the gym and for a change want to take your training outdoors Get Fit Half Day Boot Camps could be just what you are looking for helping you to burn up to 2000 calories (based on a 12 stone person).
They last for 3.5 hours including well timed breaks and cater for all ages and abilities as everyone can work at their own pace.
The venue is Sutherland Memorial Park, Burpham, Guildford (just of the A3 motorway). For directions please click here (opposite Sainsbury's GU4 7JU).
The day will consist of 4 different exercise periods lasting 25-50 minutes so you get some rest and recovery time before the next one starts. Timings:
- 10am - Meet at the venue / administration time
- 10.05am - Run / brisk walk around the River Wey in Guildford (water supplied)
- 11.05am - Circuit training / boot camp session (kettlebells, squats, lunges, press-ups, sit-ups, tricep-dips etc)
- 12.05am - Teamwork / game based exercise (tug of war, boxing, relay races etc)
- 12.55pm - Snack / refreshments time (isotonic energy drink / orange juice and a selection of fruit supplied)
- 1.05pm - Core conditioning, long cool down and stretch session / depart at 1.30pm

£30 per person / £54 per couple

All payments are due at least 5 days in advance to secure your place and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Limited to 18 spaces.
I accept cash, cheque, direct bank transfer (for current members) or PayPal (please note an additional 3.5% will be charged if paying via PayPal). If requested an e-mail receipt will be issued after payment.
Sunday 5th February - 10am to 1.30pm (taking bookings now)
Parking available in the main car park. Toilets on site. Meeting point is near the gate to the football / cricket field. Spaces are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment. Please contact me to check availability and book your place.
Bring 2-3 litres of bottled water with you and an old exercise mat or towel.
Please note - the free trial session is for a weekly 45 minute boot camp and not the once a month 2000 calorie super session, they're called super for a reason!
