If you are contacting me via e-mail please provide the information requested below, as this will enable me to give you an accurate reply regarding boot camp availability:
- What current boot camps (locations and times) you would like to join?
- How many boot camps a week you would like to sign up for or if you would like to 'Pay As You Go'?
- Decide when you would like to attend your free session (e.g. 15th July 6.45am) and I'll e-mail you a health questionnaire?
- What location and what time you would prefer to 'Start A Camp' and for how many members?
- Register your interest in a new location and time and I will e-mail you when I am running a suitable boot camp.
