If you are contacting me via e-mail please provide the information requested below, as this will enable me to give you an accurate reply regarding boot camp availability:
- What current boot camp (location and time) you would like to join?
- How many boot camps a week you would like to sign up for?
- What location and what time you would prefer to 'Start A Camp' and for how many members?
- Register your interest in a location and time and I will e-mail you when I am running a suitable boot camp.
I will respond to voice messages and e-mails within 24 hours
However many times a week you attend boot camp I will make sure the sessions are fun, focused, and on target in order to maximise your time and effort in helping you to achieve your goals.
